‘Inchelium Red’ Softneck Seed Garlic
$2.00 – $6.50Irregular bulb shape tends to be move oval then round. Outer cloves tend to be much larger than inner cloves. Have had good luck with long-term storage. Most colour among our softneck cultivars. Originates from Inchelium, Washington. Does not produce a flowering stalk (scape) allowing it to be braided.

‘Italian Softneck’ Seed Garlic
$2.00 – $6.50Italian Softneck is one of the best tasting and most pungent varieties. Has the potential to be a very long storer (close to nine months) when cured and stored well. Does not produce a flowering stalk (scape) allowing it to be braided.

‘Kostyn’s Red Russian’ Seed Garlic

‘Krestova Red Russian’ Seed Garlic
$2.00 – $6.50A heritage strain, grown locally in Krestova. Was purchased from our surrounding Doukhobor community and has been thought to have been grown since settlement. Consistently large heads with beautiful marbled purple strip wrappers. Definitely our favourite!
