‘Black Amber’ Japanese Plum

Super large beautiful black plum with amber flesh primarily used for puddings, pies and sauces. Good for eating fresh. Ripens mid-season. A University of California introduction in 1980.

 

Not self-fertile. Requires cross pollination with another Japanese plum (Prunus salicina) cultivar.
